I spend time reflecting on things.

Being a UX professional means that I need to balance a lot of inputs and for me a new user experience or design system needs to grow in my head first.

I prefer variety to routine.

And I also get bored easily, so having a rotation of tasks or activities is preferred.

I prefer well defined processes.

Still I am a big fan of everybody knowing their place and especially who to talk for which kind of problem. I secretly love org charts by the way.

I let things proceed at their own pace.

Creativity can't be forced and while I don't mind deadlines I know that my best work cannot be timed.

I like to tidy up.

While I might look all chaotic and creative at times I actually really care about a clean workplace.

I don't appreciate criticism in group settings.

Being honest here! I quickly feel attacked personally although people try to criticize part of my professional output. I'm really trying to get better here.

In discussions I'm more likely to listen than to tell people my opinions.

My opinions form slowly and I'm just not the one shouting them out before I feel my opinion is fixed enough.

I wait for others to lead the way.

No need for me to be the alpha. I have enough confidence in my work and I enjoy being part of a team.

I dislike being the center of attention.

Except on my birthday. That's what I save my party energy for.

I value cooperation over competition.

I'm more of the "make the cake bigger" type of person instead of fist banging and winning at all costs type of person.

I have a vivid imagination.

And I'm a big comic nerd also.

I am passionate about causes.

I feel like given the limited time we have on this planet, it shouldn't be wasted doing something meaningless.

I feel sympathy for those who are worse off than myself.

I do help out in a shelter for the homeless as I feel that we are very privileged and need to give back.

My most productive time is in the afternoon.

While most of my friends start snoozing off, I'm actually at my most productive here.

For day to day communication 1 prefer Calls and 1:1 meetings.

I'm really bad at writing sms and understanding what people mean so I really do prefer human interaction

For new project discussions I prefer written briefs.

In my line of work they should also have images!
